Our Consulting Process

We know that you need to attract and retain top talent. Second only to salary, competitive and affordable benefits are highly sought after by potential candidates and current employees.

We are contracted with all A rated major medical, ancillary and voluntary worksite carriers. We offer a variety of options from fully insured, to alternative funding, to complete self funding.

First Step

We begin by taking the time to understand things that are unique to your business and obstacles that you are facing. We must have a very clear understanding of your business. These are the criteria that we use to begin the process: Identify your and long-term plan and funding goals, prior successes and challenges, and options you have considered before with desired improvements. We will review all current administrative processes currently in place as well as all current broker commissions. You need to know this figure to identify your return on investment from any broker's services.

Second Step

After we complete the analysis of your business, we will review your current benefits and processes. We will review and analyze benefits and funding arrangements currently in place and dissect claims data to uncover trends. We will then convey how to move forward and what modifications can be made in order to achieve your goals and objectives

Third Step

We will begin benefits negotiations and prepare a custom RFP tailored for your company. After all proposals are received, we will do a complete analysis and present the best and final offers. Remember, we work for you and not the insurance carriers. We will fully disclose all commissions and show you what you are getting for your service fee.

Final Steps

We have now identified your objectives and marketed your company to the various insurance carriers. Our analysis is complete and we are ready to review the options. After you make the final decisions we will begin to implement your benefits program for the upcoming year. We will notify the carriers of the winning bid and begin the enrollment process.
