Naphtali Carlson is the President and founder of Texas Best Insurance Group, LLC a privately owned Insurance Agency in Houston, TX.

Naphtali obtained extensive experience in project management and sales operations while working for over 10 years at Compaq & Hewlett Packard. These skills have propelled her to success in refining processes in the industry and identify gaps and improvements that can be made. She saw an opportunity in the insurance industry to help companies by alleviating workload for human resources staff and making businesses run more efficiently and decided to change her career path. She hit the door running and never looked back! She recently celebrated 15 years with Texas Best Insurance.

Naphtali has served on the Board of the Houston Association of Health Underwriters and is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Naphtali is also recognized through the Texas Department of Insurance as holding the Small Employer Health Benefit Plans Specialty Designation. She is one of an elite group of brokers in the Houston area that holds the NAHU PPACA Certification.  Naphtali has consistently achieved the highest level of Soaring Eagle with the Leading Producer Round Table program through NAHU. She holds additional industry certifications as part of an educational commitment to her clients. Naphtali holds a state Life and Health license as well as a Property and Casualty license.

She volunteers through the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and is on the Board of Director's. She is also the Chairman of the Director's Club Committee. She also is on the Grand Entry Committee, as well as the Ranching and Wildlife Committee.  She has served as the chairman on numerous committees through Junior League of The Woodlands.  She is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations. Naphtali is a member of the Tomball Country Club and the Tomball Gun Club.

Naphtali has been married to her husband Chad for 29 years and her oldest son is a Mechanical Engineer that graduated from Texas A&M University and her youngest son works for Chad at his IT Managed Services Firm called Hecio. She is an active member of the community. Her hobbies include golf, tennis, hunting, waterskiing and snowboarding with her family.
